*UPDATE-WOW they were REALLY unprepared! I am a Tide and Downy girl, so I waited, and tried, and tried, and tried, and tried-you get the picture. They did apologize for wasting my time(and everyone else's). I have to ask seriously though about the Facebook thing- You KNOW thousands/millions will be there, waiting to get through and when they can't, they will say some nasty stuff. Why don't you big companies get it through your heads that the email subscribers might be the way to go? Facebook brings TONS OF PEOPLE, but I bet 2/3 of them are there for what you have to give away for free. I'm just saying.....
